As part of its mission to provide strategic support to local businesses, SSTC Group SA organized a series of specialized training sessions for Burundian Small and Medium-sized Agro-food Enterprises, focused on access to international markets.

These sessions were held from September 2 to 16, 2025, in successive two-day groups, in order to provide tailored guidance for each participant.

Main objective: Equip SMEs to better structure themselves, identify international opportunities, and master the requirements of foreign trade.

Training Program:

1.Market study: understanding international supply and demand dynamics

2. Identification of potential client groups by product and geographical area

3. Quantitative and qualitative analysis of demand in target markets

4. Selection of high-potential products by country and region

5. Marketing and positioning strategies in foreign markets

6. Export distribution and logistics management

7. Development of a structured and realistic export plan

8. Compliance with international standards: understanding and adapting to quality, certification, and hygiene requirements

9. Use of digital tools for market intelligence and decision-making

This initiative is part of SSTC Group SA’s vision to make the Burundian private sector a key player in regional and international trade, through training, support for certification, and access to commercial partners and investors.
